Specifies how TeamCity detects pull requests. Defaults to "prRefs", when pull requests are detected from pull request refs. In case of "source", pull requests from forks are ignored and multiple requests from the same source branch are aggregated into single request. As a side effect, this mode allows multiple build configurations linked in a build chain synchronize the incoming changes more accurately. Note that editing the discovery mode will change the way TeamCity detects pull request, which may cause a one-time influx of queued builds. We just name the immediate effect: you may observe a spike in a build queue, and that it's temporary
