The Helpdesk Project Template
When you create a YouTrack project with the Helpdesk project template, the project is created with the default settings that are described on this page.
The following issue fields are attached to the project by default:
Can be empty
High, Normal, Low, Urgent
Question, Incident, Problem, Task
New, Open, Pending, On hold, Solved*, Duplicate* (*)Resolved
<All users who are members of the project team>
