After you select Code Style | Braces Layout in the left pane of the ReSharper Options dialog, it looks as follows:
You have the possibility to alter the way ReSharper automatically positions braces. The settings also affect the way ReSharper reformats your code; in particular, there are several ways to force ReSharper to enclose single operators in braces (for example, after if or for operators).
- Choose a code style feature you would to adjust. A preview appears in the bottom pane featuring a typical code example using this code style feature.
- Select different options to see the impact they have on the code example.
- Don't forget to click OK to save your changes.
