Address can be built with 'net.JoinHostPort'
Reports addresses built with fmt.Sprintf("%s:%d", host, port) or fmt.Sprintf("%s:%s", host, port).
This pattern breaks for IPv6 hosts because IPv6 addresses must be wrapped in brackets, like [host]:port. net.JoinHostPort formats the address correctly for both IPv4 and IPv6.
