Declaration marked with '//go:fix inline' can be inlined
Reports references to functions or constants marked with //go:fix inline.
The //go:fix inline directive indicates that callers and references should be rewritten to use the declaration body. This helps you migrate away from deprecated wrappers and aliases without a manual sweep.

The same directive can be used on constants to rewrite references to the constant value or alias target.
