Pointer helper call can be replaced with 'new()'

Reports calls to pointer helper functions that return the address of a parameter, such as IntPtr(x) returning &x, and can be replaced with new(...).

In Go 1.26, new can take a value directly. This lets you create pointers to literals and other values without wrapper functions.

Example:

type Config struct {
    Retries *int
    Label   *string
}

func Default() Config {
    return Config{
        Retries: IntPtr(3),
        Label:   StringPtr("default"),
    }
}

To fix the code, use the Simplify foo(x) to new(x) quick-fix.

After the quick-fix is applied:

func Default() Config {
    return Config{
        Retries: new(3),
        Label:   new("default"),
    }
}
