Monitoring allocation of licenses with AI
The Licenses and quotas column in the table on the Users and licensing page displays licenses with AI assigned to each user, along with AI quota usage.
View licenses assigned to a user
Log in to JetBrains Console.
In the sidebar, under AI management, select Users and licensing.
Search for a user either by scrolling through the list or using the search box at the top of the page. For details, see Searching for users.
Review the value in the Licenses and quotas column.
If the user has multiple licenses, and they do not all fit in the column, the +N indicator appears. Click it to view the remaining licenses in the dropdown.
View the number of users with licenses
Log in to JetBrains Console.
In the sidebar, under AI management, select Users and licensing.
Review the value in the Users licensed for AI information card.
This value includes users in your organization who have at least one assigned license with AI.
View the number of available licenses
Log in to JetBrains Console.
In the sidebar, under AI management, select Users and licensing.
Review the value in the Licenses with AI available information card.
This card shows the number of licenses with AI that can be assigned to users out of the total number of purchased licenses with AI.
