Users and access
The main purpose of JetBrains Central Console is to let organizations manage access to company resources, such as product licenses and AI credits. Under Users and access, an organization admin can add users to the organization, create groups of users, and assign roles to them.
In JetBrains Central Console, an organization represents your company. Each organization has a separate JetBrains Central Console instance and a unique URL in the format console.jetbrains.cloud/org/<organization-UUID>.
Organizations
In JetBrains Central Console, all resources are organized around companies called organizations. An organization represents your company's relationship with JetBrains, including its users and purchased resources. Each organization has a separate JetBrains Central Console instance and a unique URL in the format console.jetbrains.cloud/org/<organization-UUID>.
Organizations are managed by users with admin roles. For details on available roles and permissions, see Default roles.
If you purchase a commercial JetBrains license using your JetBrains Account and no organization for your company exists yet, JetBrains Central Console will automatically create a new organization for you and grant you the organization admin role.
