Approve or Reject Requests to Join or Leave the Team
When someone wants to join or leave the team you are administering, you'll get a request that you are expected to approve or reject. You will be notified of such requests in Chats and email if you have these notification options enabled.
To view and process pending requests:
On the main navigation menu, go to
Chats.Pending Join and Leave requests are posted to your Spacebox feed by default unless you have configured a different feed for such notifications.
Approve or Reject a request by clicking a corresponding button:
The requester will be automatically notified of your decision.
If you are administering multiple teams, you can view and process requests for all of them in one place.
To view and process requests for multiple teams:
On the main navigation menu, click
Administration and choose Membership requests (in the Extensions section).Pending Join and Leave requests will be listed here.
To process a request, click
next to the request and choose Approve or Reject.
