Request Password Change

If you believe there is a security issue with a user's password, you can invalidate it and send the user a request to set a new password.

  1. Open the user's profile (press Ctrl+K to find it).

    To see a list of all profiles in the organization, go to administration.png Administration → Member Profiles.

  2. On the profile sidebar, choose Security and go to the Logins tab.

  3. Click Reset password:

  4. Confirm your action. The user will be logged out and receive an email with a link to a reset page.
