We receive many applications, so it might take a few weeks to review yours. If your background matches what we’re looking for, we’ll get in touch to schedule a recruiter interview.

Recruiter interview
A phone or video call is where we get to know each other. We’ll discuss your experience, motivation, and what excites you about JetBrains, while you get a sense of what working here is like.

We’ll invite you to an online team interview to explore your technical knowledge and find out more about your experience.

テスト課題
If we’re on the same page, we’ll ask you to do a test assignment – for any role, not just developers. It’s a way for us to see your skills in action and for you to experience the work firsthand. Most assignments can be done at home on your own time.

Assignment review
Your test will be reviewed by potential future teammates. We may ask for a few fixes or clarifications along the way. We also pay attention to how you communicate with the team during this process. We’ll keep in touch and share feedback once it’s complete. If the feedback is positive, we’ll invite you to the final interview.

最終面接
We’ll focus on your hard skills and ask some more advanced questions to make sure you are ready to handle the types of tasks you’ll work on.

Reference check
We’ll ask you for three contacts from previous workplaces who can share a bit about your work and character. Once we’ve collected the references and done a quick conflict of interest check, we’ll make the final decision.
