ReSharper | Navigate | Usages of Symbols in ReSharper 5.0
To navigate to a usage of an entity
  1. Position the caret on the name of an entity.
  2. On the main menu, choose ReSharper | Navigate | Usages of Symbol, or press Ctrl+Alt+F7.
  3. If only one usage of an entity has been identified, the caret repositions there. Otherwise, select a usage from the list:

     Tip

    To display the list of found symbols in the Find Results window, click Show in Find Results in the search box or press + on the numeric keypad.
