Assign licenses with AI to users
You can assign available licenses with AI to users in your organization. If there are no available licenses, you can revoke them from other users and then reassign these licenses. Or you can purchase additional licenses with AI for your organization.
Assign licenses with AI to users
Log in to JetBrains Console.
In the sidebar, under AI management, select Users and licensing.
In the upper right corner, click Assign licenses.
If no licenses are available, the Assign licenses with AI popup suggests purchasing additional licenses. For details, see Purchase additional licenses with AI.
In the Assign licenses with AI popup, start typing a user name or email address, or click the arrow to open the dropdown and select the user.
If the user is not found, a message in the dropdown suggests adding them to your organization. For details, see Add users.
Repeat the previous step for each additional user who needs a license.
For each user, select a license with AI from the license selection dropdown next to the user name.
Click Assign licenses.
A success message appears in the lower right corner, and the assigned licenses are displayed in the Licenses and quotas column.
If the license assignment fails, click Retry assignment in the popup and try again.
