Usage
The Usage section in JetBrains Central Console provides analytics that help you understand how users adopt and use AI tools and features across your organization and how they consume AI credits.
Use these insights to track adoption trends, evaluate the impact of AI on your teams, and identify users who may need additional AI credits or guidance.
AI Analytics
AI Analytics groups AI-related metrics into the following segments:
AI adoption and usage: Track AI adoption and engagement over time, including the number of active AI consumers, AI credit consumption, and the number of AI consumers who hit their AI credit limit.
AI activity and impact: Monitor the effectiveness of AI in your organization through metrics such as the overall AI contribution rate, code acceptance rates, and a breakdown of code generated by chat-based agents and in-editor features.
AI credit consumption: Track AI credits spending per AI consumer, broken down by AI tool and filtered by time period, IDE, or specific users.
AI providers and models: Track token consumption in your organization, by AI provider and model.
Analytics API
The Analytics API provides programmatic access to AI usage data for your organization. Use it to retrieve metrics on AI adoption, activity, credit consumption, and model and provider usage outside the JetBrains Central Console UI. For example, you can use the Analytics API to integrate analytics into your own dashboards or reporting pipelines.
